Introducing us to BAR210 & Plush adjacent to The Beverly Hilton, the place that would host my American Psycho theme'd birthday party.

Formerly known as Trader Vics, this legendary location kept the glamour of the past and merged it with the technology of the 21st century.

Vista Street Entrance to Runyon CanyonMost mornings begin with an alarm clock, a Mom/Dad saying "wake up" or a ray of warm sunlight kissing your cheek. The smell of coffee or toast slithering its way in the air with a destination to your room. To be followed by the sound of bacon sizzling, a morning news caster or a cereal box popping open.

That's the norm in the morn.

But, for those of us who reside in Los Angeles aka: the 310, the 323 and yes the 818 area codes. We are blessed to have a little place called Runyon Canyon. Hard to imagine your local Hollywood player jogging up a hill, your favorite starlet glistening with sweat and your typical Beverly Hills Mom gabbing on her cell phone while pushing a stroller up the side of a mountain.

A place where you hear the best conversations in passing. You enter the worlds of so many Angelenos as they hike past you and vice versa. Scripts, auditions, lovers, ex-Lovers, dreams, diet, fear, self improvement and lets not forget the most talked about, life's lil opportunities.

This magic mountain holds the tales of so many that came, saw and dreamt. Most climb their way to the top and others never make it because they become distracted by the beauty of it all - a bit symbolic of the city it overlooks.

Though all are lives have different paved or unpaved paths destined for us, those in the city of Angels all seem to end up at one point in their lives on a path at Runyon Canyon.

With the season premier of 90210 today, we couldn't help but to post these amazing pics we took back way before the first season even started.

After watching all the pilots for The CW shows, I have to say I'm in love with the new fall line up. My Tivo might hit overload after I'm done programming it. I heard this season of 90210 is going to be a lot more edgy and bring some real heat to southern California's world renowned zip code.

Check out this video I made for those of you who are unfamiliar with Bev Hills or for those of you who would like to get reacquainted.

I got my hands on this hot new song that debuts tonight on the season premier of 90210, called Cat and Mouse by Nikki & Rich. This song was my main inspiration to make the video above. After hearing it I couldn't get the tune out of my head.

Meet...

Nikki Leonti, a California-born pastor’s daughter who grew up singing in church, and Rich Velonskis, a Queens, NY-born former DJ and hip-hop/R&B producer who got his start spinning in New York City clubs as a teenager. These two seemingly opposite characters first met in 2007. Nikki was based in Nashville working as a background singer for Carrie Underwood and Rich was in Los Angeles producing tracks for Eve, Robin Thicke, Mario, and Ludacris, under his moniker Rich Skillz. (A track he produced on Ludacris’ No. 1 album Release Therapy earned Rich a “Best Rap Album” Grammy.) Rich was looking for a strong vocalist and lyricist to collaborate with and take his tracks to the next level and he found the perfect match in Nikki.

This dynamic duo was just signed by Warner Bros. Records and will release their debut album in 2010.
