DJ & NYC It Girl-Harley Viera-Newton spins along side actor Leo Fitzgerald & Cassie CoaneI always admire New Yorkers for their hustle and bustle while in the city.  But, moreover I've got to give it to the fashionistas who are the real movers and shakers.  If planned right  you can fit everything into your schedule of who to see, what to wear and how to pose.  This takes pure stamina whether your a model, stylist, hair and make-up artist, editor, socialite, celebrity or just a fan of fashion to get from one place to the next and still manage to look as if you just walked out of a magazine.

Thanks to Sweet Spot and the bubbles in my champagne we managed to gallivant around town like boy wonder while putting the MEOW in all of NYC sweet spots.

On one side of town the girls from WhoWhatWear were hosting their NY book launch at Charlotte Ronson boutique.  With a gaggle of girls waiting to purchase their book and snag a quick pic with authors Hilary Kerr and Katherine Power.  After reading between the lines, we decided to go visit Byron Williams and Tracy Cunningham who are the hair and make up team to anyone who's anyone.  The dynamic duo was stationed at The Metropolitan Home Showtime House were they were giving Haircuts, blow outs, dye jobs, facials and gift giveaways that was put together by Ashley Margolis and her amazing team over at A List.  While at Byron & Tracy's we ran into long time friend and model Lily Aldridge.  Some of you may recognize her from magazines, ad campaigns...But, mostly because her "Sex on Fire" or at least according to her boyfriend, lead vocalist of Kings of Leon.

When all else fails and your over the fashion party you are currently at...

Head on over to the Jane Hotel in the Meat Packing district.  There you can find the real beautiful people cheers-ing to everyone who knows their names.

We have been having the time our lives in New York City for fashion week and the VMA's.  It sometimes becomes hard to do our homework and still attend class.  

BUT...

Always fashionably late, while always posing just on time.

It's been non-stop from fashion show to fashion show, dinner party to party and then you cant forget the after party.  We would like to give a special thanks to Sweet Spot who has touched the hearts (and well sweet spots) of so many of our favorite It Girls.  Sweet Spot really gave NeverWood High a leg up during this fashion week.  Here are some photos we have taken out and about town.

An apple a day may keep the doctor away...

BUT, being in the Big Apple everyday is a daily dose that I would prescribe to everyone. Last Thursday in New York City, Charlotte Ronson and JCPenney's hosted an event at the Chelsea Piers in celebration of their collaboration. It was the perfect Summer Barbecue theme'd party. Upon arrival guest were handed cotton candy, a ticket to shop in Charlotte's closet and Neon Pink Sunglasses, which definitely came in handy to shield ones eyes from all of the beautiful people.

If you didn't want to grip your hand around the delicious cupcakes that were served, you could have head over to all the balls flying in the air with the built in beach volleyball setup, sand and all. Everything had that perfect summer sizzle, especially the barbecue grill were guest could make their own hamburgers and hot dogs.

This magical night was full of stars in the sky and on the red carpet, twinkling city lights reflecting off of the Hudson River and sounds from Mark and Samantha Ronson. During the two DJ sets The Rumble Strips performed, you may recognize the lead singer Charlie Waller who also sang lead vocals on "Back to Black" that Mark produced.

The party literally looked like it would have been a set on a CW show, with loads of gossip and tons of girls.
