So... I'm sitting at table with a bunch of friends (including Nacho Figueras) and I say to the the bubbly crowd cheersing their champagne glasses.

"What kind of cheese isn't yours?"

Someone replies "excuse me..."

I repeated myself, "What kind of cheese isn't yours?"

The crowd stared at my blankly.

NACHO CHEESE!!! I blurted. 

Although my joke didn't go over so well.  The rest of the day was beyond extraordinare!  

Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic held their second annual event at the Will Rogers State Park in the Pacific Palisades, hosted by Nacho Figueras, Delphine Blaquier, Rachel Zoe and Roger Berman.

A life without love is like a year without summer.  

...and that's how I spent my summer days driftin' away, to uh-oh those summer nights. 

As a kid first seeing John Stamos playing the drums with the Beach Boys in the "Kokomo" music video - right then, that's when I knew how the rest of my life would pan out.

It was pure Malibu dreamin from then on.

Sunny days, starry nights, ocean breezes and the calm blue sea, that's where you could've found me (or at Nobu).

Sandy Toes, oiled bodies, dolphin spottings and seaweed scrubs.  Best way to chill out after a match at The Colony Tennis Club. 

Paddle boarding, seagulls soaring, convertible tops or simple flip flops.  

The smell of sunscreen and plastic beach balls, Pressed Juicery truck visits and Karaoke nights at Cafe Habana. A true summer of Malibu Americana.

It's that time of year again... SUMMERTIME!

Making a quick dash out the door... I grabbed my dog (I'm babysitting) and headed over to the HelloGiggles offices where they were enjoying Summer Fridays.

...and took part in one their impromptu Dance Parties.
